Charles R. Isaacs is Special Counsel to Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, and represents and defends a diverse group of clients in civil litigation matters in New Jersey and New York state courts, and in Federal Court.

Mr. Isaacs is a highly focused litigator who manages cases from pre-suit through trial, while utilizing aggressive discovery tactics and motion practice to defend a variety of frequently high exposure civil litigation matters involving alleged violations of the New York labor law — sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6), premises liability, commercial motor vehicle liability, and general negligence. He actively pursues assertive prosecution of defense positions to ensure each piece of discovery services the ultimate goals of dismissal or early resolution.

Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Mr. Isaacs was counsel for two regional law firms representing clients in insurance defense matters, with a focus on New York Labor Law and construction defects, and previously overseeing a practice group specializing in New Jersey commercial trucking and auto liability, and liability for rideshare (TNC) companies and their drivers.
